Position Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated
Associate Architect
to work closely with the partners and our team from concept through construction, who is self‑motivated, a critical thinker, proactive, a strong team player, has great design skills, and a strong work ethic, and will be part of our team for years to come.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Principals and staff to ensure design intent is carried through all phases
Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation
Assist with schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Prepare drawings, models, and presentation materials
Coordinate with consultants and internal team members
Participate in site visits and construction administration
Contribute to a collaborative studio culture
Participate in client meetings and client interactions
Assist with detailing, product selection, specifications, sustainability, and code research
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an architectural firm and high-end residential projects
Professional degree in Architecture
Excellent design, technical, and communication skills
Strong proficiency in CAD + BIM; ArchiCAD experience a plus
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
