Andmore Partners isan award winning architectural design studio that specializes inarchitecture, interior design, master planning, urban planning and real estate development.
We are looking for a candidate to work within a team on projects through all phases of the design process from concept design through construction. Applicants should have the ability to translate design concepts into reality as integral members of a project team. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, flexible, and cooperative problem solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. We are currently working 23-acre meditation campus in Lake Elsinore, +100 units of multi-family housing in Central Los Angeles, a mixed-use & townhouse in La Crescenta, and a mixed-use in Highland Park.
Requirements
Professional degree in Architecture, Master’s degree preferred, from an accredited institution Strong conceptual, design, and graphic skills illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining high-quality work Self-motivated, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Authorization to work in the U.S. Working Environment
Hybrid Working (M-W: working at Office / Th-F: Working at Home) Flexible working hours (i.e. 9 hr a day for M-Th / 4 hr for F) Open studio to learn everything Participated in all phases of design Medical Insurance
