Commercial Escrow Officer

Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial escrow transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Collaborate with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless closings. Prepare, review, and manage escrow documents, including settlement statements and funding details. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain transaction timelines. Provide clients with detailed explanations of escrow processes and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Leverage existing industry relationships to maintain and grow a personal book of business. Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an escrow officer, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in commercial escrow transactions. Strong knowledge of escrow processes, legal requirements, and industry standards. Ability to use SoftPro software or a willingness to quickly learn and adopt its functionality. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. A book of business is highly preferred, demonstrating established relationships within the commercial real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing top-notch service to all clients and partners.
