Accelerate the pipeline by driving proactive prospecting, targeting high‑value accounts and rigorously qualifying opportunities
In the discovery phase, diagnose clients’ operational challenges and map their priorities to align solutions with high ROI impact
Represent and translate the voice of the customer into clear priorities, influencing stakeholders to demonstrate the offer’s relevance and win strategic deals
Orchestrate collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to design winning configurations and a differentiated value proposition
Prepare compelling proposals and lead complex negotiations with clients to secure successful deal closures
Proactively ensure a smooth client onboarding by steering the transition with internal teams and laying the foundation for retention and upsell
Demonstrate leadership by driving growth initiatives that capitalize on brand expansion
Build strategic partnerships in high‑potential regions by representing Premier Tech on the international stage and at key industry events
Required skills
Experience in selling automated packaging equipment

Managing client relationships in B2B
