Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

Position Summary A Regional CDL-A Truck Driver will deliver after-market automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers may run 2,000 miles per week on solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs. Monday through Friday with consistent weekly home time.
Compensation
$78,000 - $87,000 yearly earnings
$1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum
$500 New hire transition bonus (paid in full on second paycheck)
$3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
$250/day for two‑day paid orientation
Consistent home on weekends, celebration of major holidays

Requirements
Minimum 21 years old
12 months recent tractor‑trailer experience, plus at least 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years
Comfortable teaming
Tight backing maneuvers required at dealerships
Valid CDL‑A
DOT qualified
Pass comprehensive drug test
Satisfactory safety and employment history
