$78,000 - $87,000 yearly earnings
$1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum
$500 New hire transition bonus paid in full on the second paycheck
$3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
$250/day for two‑day paid orientation

Night Shift
Consistent, dedicated routes
May run approximately 2,000 miles per week on solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs
Monday through Friday with consistent weekly home time, celebrating major holidays and home weekly on weekends
Responsibilities This regional position involves delivering after‑market automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers fill in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs.
Requirements
Minimum 21 years old
12 months recent tractor‑trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years
Valid CDL‑A
DOT qualified
Must pass a comprehensive drug test
Satisfactory safety and employment history
Must be comfortable teaming
Tight backing maneuvers required at dealerships
Referral Program $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing by 2×.
