Inside Sales Representative
for our new location in
Fort Worth . The role works closely with sales, drivers, warehouse, accounting, purchasing, and management teams to achieve and exceed company goals.
BASE SALARY + COMMISSION ARE PAID FOR THIS POSITION, WITH THE POTENTIAL TO DOUBLE YOUR BASE PAY!!
Position Description
Grow customer relations
Grow existing customer sales
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales base
Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a transactional, yet consultative, environment
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Drive to individually compete (and win!) while remaining a fantastic team player
