Elite is seeking an experienced Tax Manager with competitive pay and full benefits. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the tax compliance process for clients. Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns. Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients. Identify opportunities for tax savings and minimize tax liabilities. Conduct research on complex tax issues and stay updated with tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with clients and internal teams on tax-related matters. Review financial statements and accounting records for tax compliance. Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or public accounting, focusing on tax. Strong understanding of financial concepts and acumen. Knowledge of financial auditing principles and practices. Proficiency in tax accounting principles. Experience with account reconciliation processes. Additional details: Job Type: Full-time Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid time off.
