Accounts Payable Specialist
to assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions within our growing Client Advisory Service (CAS) line. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build foundational accounting experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll work with a variety of small business clients and gain exposure to real-world accounting processes. Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day A/P and A/R processes for multiple clients Enter invoices and prepare payments Issue client invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables Help maintain accurate records and files Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account activity Support month-end close procedures Qualifications: High School Diploma at minimum; Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (completed or in progress) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team Competitive salary and benefits Modern, collaborative team environment Structured training and mentorship Business casual dress code 401(k), health insurance, PTO packages Community service opportunities through Alloy Cares Salary:
