We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Car Sales Executive
to join our growing sales team at
Moran BlueWater CDJR
in Fort Gratiot. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while ensuring an outstanding buying experience. This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in automotive sales with a proven dealership group.

What You'll Do
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, warranty, after-sale products, and financing options
Close sales of new and pre-owned vehicles
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Use computer tools to manage leads and inquiries
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure inventory is presented well
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience (automotive sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and trust
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with car sales systems and retail sales processes a plus
Valid driver’s license (required)
