We are looking for a motivated Sales Closer to support our real estate operations with a strong blend of sales closing, CRM management, digital marketing coordination, and light UI/UX or brand support. In this remote role, you will help streamline the customer journey from lead to closed client—ensuring consistent communication, organized pipelines, and polished digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct lead follow-ups, qualify prospects, and support closing activities to maximize conversion.
Manage and optimize CRM systems—including workflows, pipelines, automations, tagging, and reporting.
Communicate professionally with international clients, ensuring clear and timely responses.
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records across CRM and communication tools.
Schedule discovery calls, prepare briefs, and maintain an organized follow-up system.
Coordinate with marketing and success teams on digital campaigns, funnels, brand assets, and task execution.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in real estate, sales closing, or customer relationship management.
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Odoo, or similar.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email campaigns, social media workflows, funnel execution, ads coordination).
Strong English communication skills—especially for client‑facing calls with international clients.
Ability to work during or overlap with EST.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
Located in the international or highly familiar with international real estate processes and terminology.
Confident, personable, and professional communication style suited for client‑facing interactions.
Experience with automation tools, lead‑generation platforms, or workflow optimization.
Part‑Time with the potential to grow into Full‑Time.
Fully remote role.
Flexible schedule, with preference for candidates who can overlap with EST.
Hourly compensation + performance‑based incentives.
