Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
HVAC Sales Manager
to lead our sales division and drive significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a
strong background in residential HVAC systems , proven
sales leadership skills , and a passion for developing lasting customer relationships.

Compensation is a high base plus commission and bonus up to $200,000 per year!
What You’ll Do
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives; set clear performance goals, provide ongoing training, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Develop, implement, and own effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue targets for residential HVAC services and equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction and driving repeat and referral business.
Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, evaluate competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for service expansion and strategic improvement.
Oversee the creation of accurate, competitive, and compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts for HVAC installations, maintenance plans, and service agreements.
Serve as a critical link, working closely with the service and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and a superior customer experience.
Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics (e.g., lead conversion, revenue performance, productivity) to senior management. Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
What You Bring
1+ years of experience in HVAC sales is required (this is a non-negotiable).
1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing a sales team.
Strong, verifiable understanding of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel locally within the service area as needed.
