We are seeking a motivated and client-focused
Account Manager
to join our Professional Services team onsite in the USA. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with our
healthcare clients , ensuring seamless delivery of software development and IT solutions. You will be responsible not only for delivery management but also for
farming existing accounts —building strong, long‑term partnerships and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
This position is ideal for candidates with
2–5 years of account management or client services experience
who are eager to grow into senior leadership roles within client management.
Responsibilities
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned client accounts.
Farm existing accounts
by identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
Build strong client relationships through
regular onsite meetings, reviews, and client engagement activities .
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of IT and software development projects.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable delivery solutions.
Track project progress, deliverables, financials, and client satisfaction metrics.
Support
contract renewals, SOWs, and client reporting
in collaboration with senior management.
Travel to client sites as required for relationship management and account growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field.
2–5 years of experience
in Account Management, Client Services, or IT Professional Services.
Experience in
farming existing accounts
and driving account growth.
Prior experience working with
healthcare clients or healthcare IT projects
is strongly preferred.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills .
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Willingness to
travel and meet clients onsite
as part of relationship management.
