Field Salesperson – Food Processing & Packaging Machinery Sales (Arkansas & Louisiana Territory)
Candidate must reside in Arkansas or Louisiana. Full‑time position. With more than 60 years of success in the food equipment industry, REISER is a trusted global supplier known for high‑quality equipment, innovative engineering, and outstanding service. As a Field Salesperson with Reiser you will be responsible for sales growth, gross profit, and building strong customer relationships across Arkansas and Louisiana. We seek a dynamic, confident sales leader who has experience selling processing or packaging capital equipment to food plants. Essential Functions
Professionally represent Reiser’s food processing and packaging equipment solutions to new and existing customers in Arkansas and Louisiana. Build a pipeline through cold‑calling, networking, and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally. Share best sales practices with the Reiser team. Engage with sales industry associations. Facilitate quotations, product samples, and deliveries. Collaborate closely with the field service team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Requirements
Five or more years of experience selling food processing and/or food packaging capital equipment (experience with meat/protein industry preferred). Aggressive, enthusiastic, and determined with a proven track record of success. Understanding of selling equipment with an added service component and working closely with the service team. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask. Willingness to travel 50‑70% overnight during the week, primarily across Arkansas and Louisiana. Undergraduate degree preferred.
