What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects

Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call

Utilize effective fundraising call structures and transition phrases

Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, with additional shifts during peak seasons

Must reside in the continental United States

Must own a computer that meets system requirements, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection

Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions

Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus

Clear and effective verbal communication skills with a pleasant voice

Ability to maintain stamina and enthusiasm during long hours on the phone

Experience with multitasking and managing data entry while conversing

Emotional resilience to handle potential setbacks in fundraising
