What to Expect
Support the physician's office healthcare team by scheduling patient appointments and addressing patient inquiries
Coordinate other procedures, laboratory tests, and consultations with referral doctors
Serve as the initial point of contact for marketing activities and physician referral efforts
Quickly assess and determine the needs of customers to provide efficient service
Perform additional marketing and non-marketing related duties as assigned
What is Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Availability to complete a mandatory in-person two-week training in Tampa and Clearwater
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work full-time, with shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 year of experience in a call center environment
1 year of experience in customer service
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Associate's degree
