What to Expect
Act as a mentor to team members and assist with onboarding and training
Conduct audits and produce insights as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business optimization
Perform quality control and validate submissions prior to client exportation
Identify errors and overpayments for healthcare clients to solve problems effectively
Utilize various audit tools to complete member investigations and create detailed reports
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in healthcare
At least 2-3 years of experience with the employer is recommended
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Coordination of Benefits within the healthcare industry
Strong interest in working with large data sets and databases
Self-motivated with the ability to work well in both individual and team environments
