Conduct audits of payer processed claims to verify accurate reimbursement per payer contract agreements, government, and state rates Perform post-implementation Care Center audits following the audit policy based on provider schedules Assist in leading strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and deliver expected results Make independent decisions regarding audit results and communicate findings with various teams Identify, monitor, and manage denial management trends and collaborate with Revenue Cycle Teams What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Graduate preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot table, VLOOKUP, sort/filtering, and formulas) Minimum of 3 years experience with payer contracts and/or auditing payer payments Proven analytical skills to identify payment variances and resolve payment issues Experience working in a medical billing office preferred, with familiarity in Trizetto EOB resolve tool or equivalent software How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
