What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the full cycle of Medicare enrollment for individuals and group entities, ensuring timely and accurate submission through PECOS
Act as a trusted point of contact for providers, assisting with enrollment requests and providing expert‑level support
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including CMS and HIPAA, and participate in internal audits
Respond to inquiries related to enrollment and application status, serving as the subject matter expert
Maintain accurate provider enrollment data and track all enrollment approvals, denials, and appeals within credentialing systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in payer enrollment and/or credentialing
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience using the PECOS system with a strong knowledge of CMS enrollment requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Proven ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline of enrollment cases while meeting strict deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
Experience with major credentialing software (e.g., Modio, Cactus, Symplr, MedTrainer)
Experience supporting enrollment for a multi‑state organization
