What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage 100+ outbound and inbound calls to and from members in a timely manner
Deliver effective communication to motivate potential members to utilize services
Collect pertinent history from members and triage to the appropriate nurse
Collaborate with an integrated care team to support care coordination
Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on requests promptly
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
Proven experience in cold calling
Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms
Strong telephonic and communication skills
Experience in a call center or fast-paced environment preferred

Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
Strong teamwork and time management skills
Adaptability to different member personality types
