Minimum Requirements

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Current California Driver License/ID

Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills

Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented

Professional appearance and work ethic

Previous experience as a dealership or independent franchise Service Advisor

Ability to multitask in a busy environment
