Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly, professional manner Assist customers with questions, orders, and account inquiries Accurately document information and follow up as needed Meet or exceed performance metrics and call quality standards Work collaboratively with your team to ensure excellent customer experiences Take part in ongoing training and coaching to develop your skills Qualifications
