Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Seasons Four Landscaping is family-owned and operated in Salt Lake City, focused on elevating landscapes- From Elegant to Everyday. We are looking for someone to lead a maintenance crew and oversee residential and/or commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Multiple positions available. Message for more details. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew (3 employees) Perform and supervise mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and cleanups Ensure properties meet company quality standards Communicate with clients and office staff professionally Train crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures Operate and maintain landscape equipment and company vehicles Track job completion and report issues or needs Qualifications

1-2 years of landscape maintenance experience (foreman or lead preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of turf, plants, and seasonal maintenance practices Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment Valid driver’s license Reliable, punctual, and professional Pesticide applicator license a plus (or willingness to obtain) Additional Information
