The Commercial (CML) Servicing Product Team builds core solutions that directly support our customers and the associates who serve them. This role will enable our business by automating critical processes, empowering associate efficiencies, and operationalizing data to power future AI product innovation. You will partner directly with key internal groups—CML Operations / Servicing, CML Risk, and enterprise KYC/AML teams—to translate complex compliance and operational requirements into high‑value, streamlined product solutions. We are looking for a quick‑learning strategist eager to tackle complex challenges and unlock massive value for our customers and users.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to support strategy and operations for a Top 10 Commercial Bank.

Craft strategies that equip the bank to deliver tailored solutions for clients, build a world‑class team of financial advisors, and enable a market‑leading operation for the origination and management of loans, treasury, and capital markets products.

Build "always‑on" technologies to increase profitability and empower associates.

Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes.

Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners to deliver shared outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.

At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.

1+ years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Salaries (Full‑time, Annual)

Charlotte, NC: $99,100 – $113,100

McLean, VA: $109,000 – $124,400

Richmond, VA: $99,100 – $113,100

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
