Social Media & Community Manager
Job Type: Full-time / Remote Job Overview: We're helping our client find a Social Media & Community Manager to own social, community, and creator/influencer programs end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for an organized marketing professional who can build from the ground up setting up systems, outreach flows, content cadence, and an ambassador program to drive engagement and brand growth. Responsibilities
Social Media Management Own content calendar, posting, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. Curate user-generated content (UGC) and coordinate lightweight content production. Track performance and iterate based on insights. Community Building Stand up and manage community hubs (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp). Drive conversations, AMAs, challenges, and product education. Turn customers into advocates and develop ambassador programming. Creator/Influencer Outreach Build and manage a tiered program: Tier A: Pro athletes (supported by founder relationships). Tier B: 50k+ creators with strong engagement. Tier C: General creators. Tier D: Customer ambassadors. Implement scalable outreach with automated intake (landing page/form + CRM/flow). Negotiate briefs, deliverables, usage, and track results. Systems & Automation Launch automated Instagram/DM flows and creator intake pipelines. Stand up affiliate/ambassador tooling (migrate from Social Snowball; evaluate/implement Growy or similar). Build reporting dashboards and weekly KPI cadence. Project Management Translate goals into weekly KPIs, timelines, and experiments. Keep work organized across tools, vendors, and creators. Requirements
Must-Have: 35+ years in social/community/influencer roles at DTC/eCommerce brands or agencies. Proven ability to start from zero and build programs from scratch, then scale to dozens+ of creators. Strong copy, communication, and creator relations; comfortable negotiating and managing briefs. Hands-on with social tools, creator discovery, and automation (IG DM flows, forms, CRM, Zapier/Make, etc.). Organized operator with a project management mindset; can run a fast testing cadence. Data-driven; fluent with metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, revenue/ROI). Nice-to-Have: Experience with Shopify ecosystems, TikTok Shop, Growy (or similar), LATAM/Mexico City/Dubai-based. From zero to live content calendar; automated creator intake launched; shortlist of Tier B/C prospects; KPI dashboard running. 60 Days:
Active community hub from zero; first creator posts live; ambassador pilot launched; baseline metrics improving. 90 Days:
