Senior Marketing Manager, Influencer & Affiliate Job Title: Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing (TikTok Shop + Social Commerce)

Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to build a world‑class creator engine for Remedy. This role owns the end‑to‑end influencer and creator commerce system: seeding, measurement and optimization, TikTok Shop community relationship building, paid partnerships, and ambassador scaling. You will set strategy, build the operating cadence, and lead execution that translates into consistent content, GMV, and durable creator relationships.

You will work in close partnership with Dr. Muneeb Shah and the broader marketing team.

About Remedy REMEDY is a dermatologist‑created skincare brand founded by board‑certified dermatologist Dr. Muneeb Shah. We are designed to cut through noisy, confusing skincare with advanced, science‑backed products that are clearly labeled, irritation‑conscious, and formulated for visible results.

What You’ll Own 1) Seeding pipeline and optimization

Build and maintain high‑quality seeding lists across priority creator segments (TikTok Shop creators, derm/skin educators, lifestyle, moms 35+, retail shoppers, etc.).

Stand up measurement and an active optimization loop based on post rate, content quality, and who is converting (GMV, CVR, new‑to‑brand, assisted impact).

Create clear weekly operating rhythms: who we seed, why, what we expect back, and what we change based on outcomes.

2) TikTok Shop community relationship building

Proactively network with the TikTok Shop creator community and build genuine 1:1 relationships that translate into consistent content and advocacy.

Be highly responsive, fast‑moving, and “creator‑first” in how we support partners (briefs, samples, posting support, whitelisting, product education, and troubleshooting).

Build a repeatable system for community touchpoints: events, gifting moments, creator roundups, and ongoing relationship management.

3) Paid partnerships process and execution

Create an organized system to identify creators already mentioning us, prioritize them, request rates, negotiate, and move quickly to close.

Build a repeatable pipeline (not one‑off outreach): sourcing, qualification, outreach templates, rate benchmarks, contracting, creative briefing, approvals, posting, and reporting.

Own paid creator budgets, forecasting, and performance readouts (by creator, content type, and objective).

Expand and operationalize the ambassador program with clear tiers, incentives, benefits, and tracking.

Define what “good” looks like by tier (posting cadence, content requirements, links/codes, exclusivity), and build the systems to manage at scale.

Partner with ops to ensure fulfillment, tracking, and payout workflows are reliable and auditable.

Cross‑Functional Leadership (Director‑level expectations)

Align influencer strategy with broader company priorities across DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and retail.

Partner tightly with Growth to connect creator activity to outcomes (attribution approach, reporting, test design, creative learnings).

Collaborate with Creative to turn creator insights into briefs that consistently produce winning hooks, formats, and messaging.

Build and manage a small team over time (and/or agency/freelance partners), with clear goals, SOPs, and performance standards.

Success Metrics (example KPIs)

Consistent weekly creator output (posts/live streams) from seeded, ambassador, and paid cohorts

TikTok Shop GMV growth attributed to creator activity and/or partner codes

Improvement in post rate, content quality score, and conversion contribution over time

Time‑to‑close for paid partnerships and % of paid partners sourced from organic mentions

Ambassador retention and tier progression; cost efficiency by tier

Requirements

2‑4+ years in influencer/creator marketing (Senior Manager) ideally in beauty or CPG.

Demonstrated track record driving measurable outcomes through creators (social commerce experience strongly preferred; TikTok Shop a major plus).

Strong operator: can build processes, dashboards, and repeatable pipelines that scale.

Excellent relationship builder with strong creator intuition and high responsiveness.

Comfortable owning budgets, negotiating rates, and driving contracts through quickly.

Based in Los Angeles with regular in‑person availability.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience working with affiliate networks, creator whitelisting/allowlisting, and paid amplification.

Experience building ambassador communities and tiered incentive systems.

Familiarity with retail‑focused creator strategies (Target‑adjacent creators, regional store storytelling, etc.).
