Position Description
The Field Service Representative (FSR) will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. The FSR is responsible for promoting Ram Products and providing products and services to customers in a designated area.
What can I expect in my role as an FSR?
Account Service:
servicing existing accounts to grow revenue, develop relationships, expand product line, and demonstrate products.
Administrative Duties:
operating within the ERP and CRM systems as well as accurately bill, restock and maintain inventory levels of our products.
Product Knowledge and Business Development:
develop a working knowledge of general product categories through training and on-the-job experience.
Understanding:
understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions.
Deliver:
deliver exceptional customer service.
Sales and Service:
conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services.
Are you who we’re looking for?
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a customer-facing position.
Willing to travel up to 25%. This could mean up to one week per month of out-of-town travel.
Industrial experience is a plus!
You’ll also need:
High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
A valid divers license with excellent driving record.
To be able to lift 25-50 pounds on customer calls.
To be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
High school Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
A valid divers license with excellent driving record.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree
Experience working in an industrial environment.
Experience working in the MRO industry.
