Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Service Representative. In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide tailored support, manage inventory through TIFCO’s Vendor Managed Inventory system, and ensure that product supply meets customer needs effectively. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, conducting inventory monitoring and replenishment, delivering effective solutions, and staying informed about TIFCO’s MRO product offerings to provide exceptional customer service and support sales efforts.

Qualifications

Strong sales, customer relationship management, and client communication skills

Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain operations

Familiarity with maintenance and repair products or related industries is an advantage

Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in sales, inventory management, or related fields are a plus
