Company Introduction Our client, a leading commercial drywall contractor in Seattle, seeks a Junior Estimator to support their growing Special Projects Group, focusing on projects under $600K.
Position Overview This entry-level opportunity offers a structured path to growth within commercial drywall estimating, supporting a successful Special Projects team while learning industry-specific skills and software.
Required Qualifications
Basic construction industry experience preferred
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn drywall-specific estimating
Strong computer skills
Key Responsibilities
Assist with takeoffs for projects under $600K
Support Special Projects Group estimating needs
Learn industry-specific software and practices
Help maintain project documentation
Develop understanding of commercial drywall systems
Assist with bid preparation
Learn material and labor pricing
Support senior estimating team
