NextGen Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by generating leads and setting appointments for our real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads to schedule appointments for our real estate agents

Maintain a high volume of calls and effectively manage your time to maximize productivity

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through excellent communication and customer service skills

Keep accurate records of all leads and appointments set

Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure a smooth transition for clients from appointment setting to property showings

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in using computer programs and CRM systems

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
