Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Collections Specialist to join a local Triad based firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, contacting customers regarding past-due balances, and working to resolve outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple accounts. Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts through phone, email, and mail Negotiate payment arrangements that maintain positive customer relationships Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collections Accurately record and update account information in the system Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes Prepare reports on collection activity, outstanding accounts, and payment trends Adhere to company policies, legal guidelines, and compliance requirements Escalate accounts to management or external agencies when necessary Benefits
