Program Description
Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. The program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.
Job Description
The Summer Analyst will gain extensive exposure to real estate secondaries investing. Responsibilities include conducting valuation analysis and financial modeling of real estate funds and properties across all geographies and asset classes—multifamily, industrial and logistics, hospitality, retail, and niche sectors such as cold storage and data centers. Analysts will work on secondary transactions, fund and asset‑level recapitalizations, co‑investments, primary commitments, and other transaction structures. Additional duties involve preparing and presenting internal materials for new transactions, compiling Investment Committee memos, assembling materials for weekly team meetings, and analyzing market data for various transactions.

Salary
$110,000 – $110,000 annually (plus potential additional compensation).
