2027 Blackstone Real Estate Asset Management Summer Analyst Job Title: 2027 Summer Analyst

Business Unit: Real Estate

Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager, creating long‑term value for investors, portfolio companies, and communities. With $1.1 trillion in assets under management, the firm operates across private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, and more, on a global basis.

Business Unit Overview Blackstone’s real‑estate business, founded in 1991, manages $320 billion of investor capital. It is the largest owner of commercial real‑estate worldwide, spanning logistics, data centers, residential, office, and hospitality. The Real Estate debt arm provides comprehensive financing solutions.

The Asset Management team conceives, executes, and advises on investment and corporate initiatives, maximizing value and building sustainable businesses. The team sits at the center of the real‑estate complex—analyzing and sharing information that shapes investment strategies, executes disposition and financing transactions, leads and interfaces with portfolio companies and joint‑venture partners, and drives value‑creation strategies.
