Sales / Design Consultant at The Original Pancake House DFW We are seeking a dynamic Sales / Design Consultant to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role involves selling and designing our products directly to homeowners, builders, interior designers, architects, and engineers. Pay Range Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Location Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas (primarily the Dallas/Ft. Worth area) Responsibilities Sell and design product solutions directly to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects, and engineers. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, soliciting referrals as appropriate. Use internal & external tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, Word, and CAD to manage appointments and proposals. Participate in company training programs to achieve financial success and career growth.
