Position : Influencer & Partnerships Manager A highly organized, proactive, and creative professional is sought to oversee influencer and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for relationship-building, influencer marketing, and social media engagement. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Oversight: Shape and coordinate engaging influencer campaigns, both online and in-person, to enhance brand visibility. Event Coordination: Arrange and facilitate events that connect influencers and partners with the brand, including content sessions, tastings, and launches. Ambassador & Affiliate Program Management: Serve as the main point of contact for ambassadors and affiliates, nurturing relationships and expanding the programs reach. Relationship Maintenance: Sustain strong connections with influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors, ensuring they have resources to generate compelling content. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams to align influencer strategies with broader brand objectives. Kit Preparation & Distribution: Oversee the assembly and delivery of welcome kits and campaign materials for influencers and ambassadors. Creative Asset Production: Utilize graphic design tools to craft visually consistent materials for influencer use. Influencer Support & Training: Generate resources and guidance to assist influencers in producing effective content. Market Research & Analysis: Explore industry trends and audience insights to inform partnership strategies. Performance Tracking: Compile and present campaign analytics, using insights to refine future initiatives. Platform Utilization: Employ various tools and platforms (e.g., affiliate networks, e-commerce, social media) to manage campaigns and partnerships. Qualifications Relevant Experience: 1-2 years in influencer, affiliate, or partnership roles, preferably within consumer goods. Creative Execution: Demonstrated ability to implement innovative ideas across digital and physical activations. Relationship Management: Proven success in maintaining effective influencer and affiliate partnerships. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables. Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with a keen sense for engaging content. Hands-On Approach: Willingness to lead events, support content creation, and occasionally work outside standard hours; some travel may be required.
