Description We are looking for an experienced Tax Staff Accountant to join our team in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing and managing tax filings for individuals and corporations, ensuring compliance and accuracy. This position offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail and tax expertise are essential. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize software to manage tax preparation processes efficiently.
• Analyze financial data to identify potential tax savings opportunities for clients.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records to support tax filings and audits.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex tax scenarios and deliver exceptional service.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure adherence to current standards.
• Assist in resolving tax-related issues or discrepancies with clients and authorities.
• Provide guidance to clients on tax strategies and planning to optimize their financial outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements - Proven experience in preparing individual and corporate tax returns.

• Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem Fx or similar tax preparation software.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex tax issues.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or progress toward obtaining it is preferred.
