Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive accounting, payroll, and tax support to a portfolio of small business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and bookkeeping support, including journal entries and transaction classification
- Prepare individual and S‑Corporation tax returns
- Process payroll using Gusto and ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- File sales tax, B& O tax, and other state/local tax reports
- Maintain organized, accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 3–5 years of experience in tax and accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Experience using payroll systems such as Gusto and ADP
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
