Order Picker

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Pack items carefully and efficiently to ensure they arrive safely.
• Stage orders for shipping, verifying contents against documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking and packing stations.
• Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and best practices.
• Utilize provided PPE equipment consistently and correctly.
• Perform regular Lifting and movement of products, some requiring significant effort.
• Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity in our Logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
• Proficient in Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
