Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and order sheets.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package orders carefully and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those concerning PPE and lifting.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and shipping goals within our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
