- Consulting and supporting existing customers
- Acquisition of new customers
- Technical sales of baking ingredients from our range
- Conducting product presentations and training courses for our customers and at trade fairs and expos throughout the USA
- Development of new and customer-specific application recipes
- Development of individual solution concepts for customer inquiries in collaboration with Technology and R&D
- Project tracking and closing responsibility in the sales process
- Creation and maintenance of customer profiles
- Writing reports on customer contacts
- Monitoring market and competition and reporting relevant trends to internal departments
- Participation in trade fairs and expos
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
Your Profile
- Completed theoretical and on-the-job training or studies in the field of bakery technology or food technology
- Technical understanding and know-how of production processes, machines and recipes in bakeries
- Experience in technical sales and/or application technology in the bakery industry
- Enjoying direct customer contact and interaction
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel within the USA and abroad
- Sound handling of MS Office and CRM systems
