The Big Task You will install and replace plumbing systems and fixtures while delivering a legendary customer experience.
Key Sub Tasks Perform top-quality plumbing installs in a timely manner Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and install teams Keep your company truck clean, inside and out Keep truck inventory up to date Train your helper/apprentice Provide excellent customer service Keep the recall rate below 3% Complete paperwork accurately Maintain a clean, professional appearance Maintain a clean driving record Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your craft Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, or tight-space environments depending on the job
