Responsibilities

Lead client management activities with clients and prospective clients, including developing and executing a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.

Coordinate with the team to determine action plans through a thorough discovery of client needs, delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring continuous improvement.

Hold a growing book of business, driving client expansion and new client acquisition through proactive relationship sourcing and network development.

Manage risk through appropriate client selection, ensuring service delivery aligns with fees and cooperating with risk partners for quick resolution of client concerns.

Maintain timely, accurate sales and client relationship administration tasks, execute team processes, and mentor or train other team members.

Qualifications

Sales DNA: Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process rather than merely managing relationships.

Technical knowledge relevant to private banking services.

Local network: Established connections with attorneys, accountants, wealth-oriented organizations, etc.

University/college degree; 8+ years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred skills: Book of business development, client relationship building, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, identifying sales opportunities.

Competencies: Client relationship management, communicating for impact, decision making and critical thinking, influencing, managing multiple priorities, understanding customer needs, value selling.
