As a
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) , your journey begins by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams . Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions.
After achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Success as a licensed FSA I typically leads to the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients and advance into many roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy supports you with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
Work Schedule Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Example schedule: 8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm.

Earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with structured lessons and dedicated study time. SIE must be obtained within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
Build a network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners and high‑net‑worth clients.
Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Bilingual Mandarin – Strongly Desired.
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
