Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) The role involves obtaining the necessary securities licenses – Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 – and receiving comprehensive training to become a financial solutions advisor. After licensing, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care services.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and maintain the required industry licenses.

Build, manage, and deepen client relationships.

Deliver comprehensive financial advice, including reviews, presentations, and strategy recommendations.

Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions across Bank of America and Merrill.

Participate in structured onboarding, training, and coaching programs.

Register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and comply with background check requirements.

Position Requirements

Must be able to register with the SAFE Act and maintain registration; failure may result in immediate termination.

Required Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.

Experience cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions.

Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.

Desired Qualifications

Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Spanish speaking.
