The ideal candidate will combine commercial drywall expertise with strong estimating capabilities to drive business growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and present comprehensive project estimates Lead sales initiatives and client presentations Analyze blueprints and technical specifications Provide technical guidance to project stakeholders Manage contract negotiations Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven commercial drywall construction experience Proficiency in Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff software Strong analytical and estimation skills Excellence in written and verbal communication Demonstrated relationship-building abilities Detail-oriented project management capabilities Understanding of drywall/ceiling industry methods and materials COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
