Customer Service Advisor Objectives:

Assist customers with enrollment into essential telecom services. Provide clear explanations of eligibility and service options. Deliver customer-facing support with empathy and professionalism. Handle inquiries in-person (this is a customer-facing role). Answer questions and solve problems faster than Siri. Document interactions so future-you doesn’t wonder what happened. Collaborate with Customer Service Advisor team members s to improve service delivery. Promote awareness of telecom solutions for underserved communities.
