role is built for someone who can engage communities in person, build trust, and help underserved customers access life-changing connectivity. Expect a customer-facing schedule centered on enrollment, education, and brand representation.

Client Engagement Associate Must-Dos:

Attend events, pop-ups, and neighborhoods to introduce essential telecom solutions. Walk applicants through eligibility so they get connected on the spot. Build rapport with underserved individuals using empathy and zero fake vibes. Support the client by increasing access to essential talk, text, and data programs. Explain device and plan features in a way that feels relatable, not corporate. Keep application records compliant and accurate—no chaotic paperwork era. Collaborate with fellow Client Engagement Associates and leadership to improve outreach strategies. Represent SRO Marketing and TruConnect with professionalism and confidence.
