Job Summary Assemble pre-cut parts to create GO-Manufacturing end products.
Responsibilities
Assemble drawers using pre-cut parts using a variety of products - wood glue, hot-melt glue gun, brad/pin nail gun, staple gun, and hammer.
Cut raw materials with a Miter saw that including plywood, solid hardwood and MDF
Use metric tape measure to verify sizes of raw materials and completed parts
Correctly perform all aspects of work, meeting quality standards and requirements
Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and management
Required Attributes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read a tape measure and basic math skills
Must be able to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Working knowledge of woodworking and general assembly techniques
Skilled use of panel saws, miter saws and hand tools
Skilled at reading technical drawings or blueprints
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience working in a fast-paced assembly environment
