\*Location is onsite at our Atlanta Operations in Lithia Springs, GAThe Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Distribution Center (DC) by managing daily performance systems, leading the 5S program, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A primary responsibility of this role is the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SOPs and guidance documents to ensure process clarity, compliance, and operational consistency. This includes developing new documentation for emerging processes and updating existing materials to reflect changes. The role also delivers Continuous Improvement (CI) training during new hire orientation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication of updates.The position requires strong accountability and ownership for assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. Job duties may change as business needs evolve, and flexibility is essential. This role involves time spent both in an office setting (sitting, computer work) and on the DC floor (walking, standing, engaging with operations). **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in workplace organization.* Train and engage team members in 5S principles and best practices.**Training & Orientation*** Deliver CI-focused training sessions during new hire orientation.* Develop and maintain training materials to ensure consistency and clarity.* Act as a resource for employees to reinforce CI principles and tools.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.* 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or related roles within a distribution or manufacturing environment.* Strong knowledge of Lean principles, 5S methodology, and process documentation.* Excellent communication and facilitation skills for training and team engagement.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CI tools (Kaizen, PDCA, etc.).* Previous experience in SOP creation and updates required.* Technical writing experience is a plus.**Key Competencies:*** Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.* Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.* Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.* Accountability and ownership for deliverables and deadlines.* Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer in an office environment.* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing tasks on the DC floor.* Frequent movement between office and warehouse areas.* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally for handling documents, materials, or equipment.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment with varying temperatures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
