and involves leading change, educating teams on CI principles, and supporting waste removal and flow improvement at Clemco. Responsibilities:
Implement and sustain 5S practices across the organization. Support development and revision of Standard Work with teams. Create Visual Management tools for quick outcome identification. Facilitate events and training sessions such as RIEs, Blitzes, and others. Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with business priorities. Conduct Cell Assessments to identify learning opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge and Skills:
A3 Thinking, Standard Work, Visual Management, RIEs, Blitzes, 5S, Process Mapping, Waste Identification, Root Cause Corrective Action, Basic Stability. Strong analytical skills and effective communication at all levels. Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (science preferred), bachelor’s degree heavily preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a CI role preferred; entry-level acceptable. Results-oriented, energetic, and inspiring leadership qualities. Basic proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn new software. Career Progression:
Levels include Associate, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3. Compensation:
Salary ranges from $39,000 to $74,500 depending on level and experience. Additional Details:
